CrewSec App Privacy Policy

CrewSec is a private mobile application designed exclusively for our clients to manage parking security within their designated areas. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information from authorized users of the CrewSec app. This app is not available for public download.

CrewSec is a business-to-business (B2B) application. Access is granted solely to clients who have established a service agreement with us. Accounts are provisioned by CrewSec for designated client personnel.

• Client account information: when a client representative sets up a CrewSec account for their organization, we collect the contact person’s name, email address, phone number, and the organization’s name and address.
• Authorized user information: for each authorized user within a client organization, we collect their name, email address, and potentially a user ID for login purposes.
• Vehicle information: we collect information about vehicles authorized to park in designated areas, including license plate numbers, make, model, and permitted parking times. This information is provided by the client organization.
• Incident reports: when an authorized user reports a parking incident, we collect the location, time, description, and any photos or videos submitted.
• Usage data: collected automatically when authorized users use the app — device IP address, device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and diagnostics.

• Provide and maintain the App: to operate CrewSec and its features for our clients’ parking management needs.
• Manage client accounts: including provisioning of authorized user accounts.
• Respond to incident reports: to investigate and address parking incidents reported by authorized users.
• Improve the App: to analyze usage, identify trends, and improve functionality and user experience.
• Communicate with clients: regarding account management, service updates, and important notifications.

• With service providers: who assist us in providing and improving the App, under contracts requiring them to protect your information and use it only for our specified purposes.
• For legal reasons: when required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
• To protect rights and safety: to defend the rights or property of CrewSec, prevent or investigate wrongdoing, and protect user or public safety — particularly relevant for security-related incident reporting.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy and in accordance with our agreements with client organizations.

The security of your personal data is important to us. We use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, but no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

CrewSec is a B2B application and is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify client organizations of any changes by posting the new policy on this page.
