1. Introduction

CrewSec is a private mobile application designed exclusively for our clients to manage parking security within their designated areas. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information from authorized users of the CrewSec app. This app is not available for public download.

2. Authorized User Access Only

CrewSec is a business-to-business (B2B) application. Access is granted solely to clients who have established a service agreement with us. Accounts are provisioned by CrewSec for designated client personnel.

3. Information We Collect

Client Account Information: When a client representative sets up a CrewSec account for their organization, we collect the contact person's name, email address, phone number, and the organization's name and address.
Authorized User Information: For each authorized user within a client organization, we collect their name, email address, and potentially a user ID for login purposes.
Vehicle Information: We collect information about the vehicles authorized to park in your designated areas, including license plate numbers, make, model, and permitted parking times. This information is provided by the client organization.
Incident Reports: When an authorized user reports a parking incident, we collect information about the incident, including the location, time, description of the issue, and any photos or videos submitted.
Usage Data: We collect Usage Data automatically when authorized users use the App. This may include the device's IP address, device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic

4. How We Use Your Information

Provide and Maintain the App: To operate and maintain the CrewSec app and its features specifically for our clients' parking management needs.
Manage Client Accounts: To manage client registrations and account access, including the provisioning of authorized user accounts.
Respond to Incident Reports: To investigate and address parking incidents reported by authorized users.
Improve the App: To analyze app usage, identify trends, and improve the functionality and user experience of CrewSec for our clients.
Communicate with Clients: To communicate with client representatives regarding account management, service updates, and important notifications.

5. Sharing Your Information

With Service
Providers:We may share your information with Service Providers who assist us in providing and improving the App. We have contracts with our Service Providers that require them to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify.
For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
To Protect Rights and Safety: We may disclose your information to protect and defend the rights or property of CrewSec, prevent or investigate wrongdoing, and protect the safety of our users or the public. This is particularly relevant in the context of security-related incident reporting.

CrewSec is a B2B application and is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 13.
