Privacy Policy for CrewSec (Client-Exclusive Access)

1. Introduction
CrewSec is a private mobile application designed exclusively for our clients to manage parking security within their designated areas. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information from authorized users of the CrewSec app. This app is not available for public download.
2. Authorized User Access Only
CrewSec is a business-to-business (B2B) application. Access is granted solely to clients who have established a service agreement with us. Accounts are provisioned by CrewSec for designated client personnel.
3. Information We Collect
When a client representative sets up a CrewSec account for their organization, we collect the contact person's name, email address, phone number, and the organization's name and address.
For each authorized user within a client organization, we collect their name, email address, and potentially a user ID for login purposes.
We collect information about the vehicles authorized to park in your designated areas, including license plate numbers, make, model, and permitted parking times. This information is provided by the client organization.
