origin-story
Compiled Ideas started in 2019 with a simple frustration: the gap between what agencies sold and what actually shipped. Big firms brought decks and juniors. Freelancers brought speed and risk. Almost nobody brought both seniority and accountability.
So we built the studio we wanted to hire: senior engineers and designers only, fixed quotes instead of hourly billing, weekly installable builds instead of big reveals, and a client portal where you can see exactly where every sprint stands.
Six years and 60+ shipped products later, the model hasn’t changed — because the results keep justifying it. 97% of our clients come back or refer us, and most new work arrives through those referrals before it ever reaches this website.
